Licensed in real estate in 1986, Christine Hauschild started her career by working with new home builders where she realized her talent and skill for custom home design, marketing and sales.
Working with various builders in the city allowed Christine to learn their philosophies, culture and values, the importance of effective marketing strategy and how to work with different personalities and appreciate individual needs. In 2003, Christine decided to make the move into resale and made Royal LePage her new home.
Christine worked to set herself apart in a growing industry by utilizing her well-honed design and marketing skills and by allowing her genuine joy and passion for working with her clients to shine through. Quickly her marketplace responded and Christine saw her market share increase to the top 1% for Royal LePage in Canada which is comprised of over 17,000 Realtors nationwide. Christine has been a top 1% agent with Royal LePage since 2006 and has achieved the lifetime Chairman’s Club award designation.
Christine is the first to say “her team is everything to her”, which is why she has built a team of professionals who support her and her clients in all aspects of the home buying and selling experience. How do you like to start your day?
Up early, with a coffee, reading the paper in my happy place (by the fireplace in winter and in my backyard in the summer). I love being able to relax, read the paper and get myself ready to tackle the day.
What do you love about real estate?
I love the day to day variation. Having worked for so many years in construction and design, I am happiest when I can really personalize my service and my time with my clients to their own requirements. It is exciting when you know that what you do and how you do it can really and truly make a difference in someone’s life.
What would you be doing if not real estate?
Theatre, nursing or architecture!
What is your favourite space in your home?
My backyard gazebo beside the pool with my husband and puppy dog next to me and perhaps a glass of Kim Crawford wine!
What do you like to do for fun?
I love to sing, entertain and travel.

Awarded to the top 1% of the Royal LePage sales force on a national level based on earnings. The lifetime Chairman's Club award applies to members who attain this status after 10 out of 14 consecutive years in standing. 2005-present, the Christine Hauschild team consisted of Christine Hauschild and at least one other sales representative.
For first-time inductees, repeat qualifiers, and sustaining members, attaining the Royal LePage President's Gold Award (or any higher award level), five out of seven consecutive years. Members can attain "Lifetime" status after 10 out of 14 consecutive years in standing. Achieved by Christine Hauschild as an individual.

The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.
As a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Christine Hauschild is recognized as a knowledgeable professional who has undergone extensive training in providing quality service and effective results in the luxury market. The CLHMS designation applies to members who have met the upper-tier sales performance standards and who have completed luxury home sales and marketing training.
